Just after Aigio, the settlement that many consider to be the Hamptons of Achaia hides a small gem. A beach with crystal clear waters and... immeasurable depths. The settlement of Akoli is relatively new and has been built according to an urban plan with spacious vertical streets. It features a football field with grass, a primary school and kindergarten, and a holy church. Additionally, at the end of the eastern side of the coastal zone, there are facilities for beach volleyball and kite-surfing.

Rododafni (formerly Mourlas - elev. 50m) is a seaside village in the former province of Aigialeia in the prefecture of Achaia. This village had a primary school and a telegraph office before 1950. Since 1997, it became the seat of the municipality of Sympoliteia with 2,514 inhabitants, and since 2010, it has been a municipal district of the municipality of Aigio.
