Dear Guests,

Welcome to Pietra Villa Akoli Beach! We hope that you will enjoy your stay with us. To ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible, we have established a few rules that we kindly ask you to follow. These rules are designed to protect you, other guests, and our property.

Check-in and check-out rules:

Guests on the day of arrival must have check-in between 10:00 and 13:00.
Guests on the day of departure they must have checked out between 14:00 – 15:00

Liability and damage rules:

The Guests are liable for any damage or for the removal /destruction of items on and around the properties, including and not limited to plants, external structures. Guests are expected to respect the Villas. Villa items, including and not limited to linen and ornamental things should remain with the villas. For every damage you should pay a damage fee.

The Homeowner assumes no responsibility for any incidents caused to the guests, including consequential damages from the rental and use of its properties.

In case of any incident the guests waive any future claim against the Homeowner.

Noise and disturbance rules:

All guests are responsible to adhere to the quiet hours established by the Greek law (15:00 until 17:30 and 23:00 till 07:00). The Homeowner will exert his right to terminate immediately a lease of a property without any reimbursement if official complaints are received for noise or drunken behavior during any time.

Pet and smoking rules:

Big Pets are not allowed.
Our Pietra Villa is smoke-free. Therefore, smoking is only permitted at the terraces and the external joint areas.

Miscellaneous rules:

It is not allowed to change the setting, decoration and position of the house elements and furniture.
It is not allowed to use the sunbeds without using a beach towel on top for hygiene reasons.
Parties and gatherings are not allowed, as well as the entrance to the property of external guests.

Cleaning service:

A made/cleaning service is included in the agreed rental price. All necessary linens and bath towels are also provided accordingly and are included in the agreed Rental Rate.
Other services such as laundry, ironing, cooking or dishwashing are not included in the price or as an extra service.
